How exploitable am I here?

CO: $245.94
BN: $362.27
SB: $277.50 (Hero)
BB: $273.33
UTG: $200
HJ: $0
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J K A K
UTG folds, CO raises to $7, BN folds, Hero raises to $22, BB folds, CO calls $16
Flop ($48.00) K J A (3 Players)
Hero bets $30, CO raises to $135.60, Hero folds

CO opens, got 50 hands on him. Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. Seems like a reg or atleast a capable player.

I 3bet a really smooth premium from the SB.

Board connects really well with my 3bettingrange, so I will pretty much always be cbetting this board, simply because I dont think I will get called or raised a lot and I would like to pick up pots here with missed rundowns and create bigger pots with hands like this.

Now I get potted.

I ran some similations and I got 33% against QTxx. Still assuming he is a capable player (if so, I still think raising here is bad in his spot with QT) I dont think he can ever just randomnly shove a AKQx or something like that against my range. To make it worse I got a J blocker and it is a rainbow board. I guess he could also have AAxx, but Im not beating that either. So I am going to assume I am against QTxx 90% of the time with about 33% equity. I might face a hand like AKQx or JJQx about 10% of the time in which case I am about a 80% favorite. But if he plays hands like that I can also throw AAxx in there, against which I am a 80% dog.

Against this total range I am about a 34%-36% dog. Putting the money in right now I need 39.4% equity, so that is wrong.

I could call his raise and put in 105.60$ to win stacks, assuming he will never fold (which he still might). In that case I need 21.5% to hit my hand on the turn AND always stack him if I do hit. I hit my hand about 5 out of 45, so about 11%. So this is also not an option.

In the hand itself I decided to fold since I think I was always facing QT and just didnt have the equity to put it in. If there was a flushdraw I would have and if had outs to chop I would have.

What bugs me though, is that I feel so exploitable if I am prepared to fold this, but at the same time I got the feeling no one will ever pick this spot to bluff. No one knows that I am folding hands like this here, right? Any help?
