I think I just found out I suck at PLO, and and ready to take on the game, need guidance

Put in a session today and I got destroyed. I not only played bad but I ran bad. Looking at my PT stats I am realizing I have a lot of work to do. After downloading PT 4, after doing so was suggested from a RIO bro, I am ready to focus my studies. I have had many years playing live and online, I was never a winner online, but I was excelled as a degen. I was winning live player for many years in a variety of formats in mid-stakes, dabbling in low higher stakes and some mixed game variants.

I have not used PT in a long time and have been kinda just trying to build my fundamentals as a plo player starting at 10 plo. I started playing plo two years ago and have in last year have moved up to 50-400 plo depending on how the game was and how I feel like I am playing/ bankroll at the time. In my profession, I work my ass off and have been fortunate to find myself in an occupation that I love. I want to tackle plo head on and truly work towards growth and strive to improve at the game I love, plo.

I study for two-4 hours a week and play daily. In the last 4 months, I have joined RIO and felt as tho I understood the game, on a basic level. I hit a wall today. I don't know if it is because I put in a long-short miserable day at work yesterday, came home then got deep in a 50k guarantee placed 7th. I was spent, slept woke up and played a session. It was bad, I played like shit and I need help. After today's session, I feel like a fish. Looking at my stats I might be one.

I am seeking help in running reports or at least some guidance on where to start to determine where to start

I have been struggling with a head injury and as a result am struggling with transacting and gleaning information off of RIO videos. I do well with reading information, conversations and watching the less dense conceptual instructional topic videos. Pouring over and diving into data is not an issue and after my injury, it actually calms me.

I am seeking help in running reports or at least some guidance on where to start to determine where to start within PT4.
I am also looking for a coach. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
