live PLO strategy from utg-utg+2

I have been playing a lot of live PLO and find that the 1st 3 positions are incredibly hard to play. What do you guys think about a limping strategy from the 1st 3 positions?

I know a lot really depends on how the table is playing but lets assume that its a loose passive table (preflop) where a single raise usually ends up with a 4-5 way pot, and effective stack sizes around 200-500bbs deep.

Also, I believe we have to be playing extremely tight from these positions and if that is the case how can we get enough board coverage to cover the low boards? or is it not that important?
