Villain is playing tight 18/12, 0% 3b (0/14) so far. I assume his range to be moslty AAxx here so I decided to call because of good pot & an okish double suited hand in position.

Playing with propokertools I have almost 53% equity on this board vs AAxx. But if we assume he's tight and we give him good side cards with his aces then it drops to ~ 40% equity.
If we think he 3b with hands like AKQJ, AKJT double suited, we're in bad bad shape (~30% equity)
So my question here, is it any merit to raise that flop ?
