As a NL player transitioning to PLO, I initially felt overwhelmed by the preflop aspect of PLO and the total lack of materials regarding preflop ranges so I decided to make my own. My chart is based off the PokerJuice ranges and contains RFI, 3B IP, 3B OOP, & 4B ranges. The chart also includes an additional section of hands that can profitably peel vs a short stacked 3Ber when the flop SPR=1. I designed it so that I could actively use it in game to double check my opening frequencies. The Poker Juice ranges themselves aren't perfect (probably a little too middle rundown heavy), however using this chart will get you much closer to your desired opening and 3B frequencies and can help you much more clearly visualize your range as a whole.
