BB checks, Hero bets $0.76, BB calls $0.76

What do you guys think about:
1. Raising this hand from MP
2. Cbet OTF and barrel OTT
3. betsizing OTF and OTT (tbh, so far I have no clue about appropriate betsizing in PLO :) )
4. call OTR after donk all in from BB
