After reviewing the hand I think that i made a mistake on the flop by not betting my Top 2 pair but i thought that the IP caller would bet and i would go for the check raise as it should hit his range a lot more than mine. turn is pretty standard imo. Given the fact that i had the 8 blocker, would i ever be able to fold the river ?
