What type of hands should we rejam pre vs weak 3bet overcalls?

Blinds: $1.00/$2.00 (6 Players) SB: $1239.42
BB: $276.67
UTG: $208.00
MP: $200.00
CO: $89.00
BN: $351.89 (Hero)
Preflop ($3.00) Hero is BN with A 3 Q J
2 folds, CO raises to $7.00, Hero raises to $24.00, SB folds, BB calls $22.00, CO raises to $89.00 and is all in, Hero calls $65.00, BB calls $65.00

That kind of stuff happens quite often in my games. BB is a rec, who plays almost 80% of hands preflop. CO can be spazz shoving double pairs, such as 8866, even single suited. But I guess he will have a strong range of AKK, AA, AQQ, AJJT for the most part.

I am unsure of my preflop play. My thought process was that I want to re-jam weaker hands, like QJ98ds but prefer calling that hand, because my suits dominate rec's range quite a bit. However, I wonder if I just want to push there in order to realize my equity and not make incorrect folds on the flop. But perhaps that's not happening often enough at all?

Generally speaking, what kind of range do we want to re-jam and what kind of hands do we want to flat and see the flop with? How big if the benefit of getting BB to fold pre? Would we always be happy to see BB folding pre unless we have something like AAJTds? Should we ever flat there with a monster or is denying him any equity already huge sucess?
