Hero raises to $0.14, 2 folds, BN raises to $0.49, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.35

Flop ($1.05) 4 9 Q

Hero checks, BN bets $1.01, Hero raises to $4.04, BN raises to $4.55 and is all in, Hero calls $0.51

I'm new to PLO and haven't understood well enough if this is a hand for check-call or check-shove.

Most of the wraps along some flushes, I've been playing as check-raise or bet-bet if IP, as people don't easily fold overpairs.
