Looking for help reviewing my Poker Tracker stats for 50NL full ring on Bovada.
My goal is to play enough to establish correct habits for opening ranges, 3betting ranges, and simply beating 50NL full ring while playing 2-4 tables.
Years ago, 2010 ish, I used to play for rake on Cake poker and 20 table 50NL full ring. I'm sure i picked up bad habits, but I only had to break even to win my rakeback %.
Now I'd like to focus on learning the game to the best of my ability and earn a side income without being a rakeback player. Sometimes I get bored at these stakes and 4 tabling feels like I'm on auto-pilot, so I'm trying to avoid that but 50NL 9 max is pretty boring. Anyway these are my initial stats after playing for a week or two and I'm sure I still have some nitty / autopilot tendencies. Appreciate any help on where I can improve!

I agree that the turn is just a fold as played. You do a great job of analysis and study but at micro-stakes I think you are leveling yourself a bit. My personal goals at Bovada 50NL and below is to play ABC poker and focus on basics because most players call too much.
At micro stakes my focus is playing a tight GTO opening range, playing more in position and fit or fold OOP, prioritizing high cards.
In your example, I'd think about a raise preflop if the original raiser is super aggressive and raising limpers often. BUT I'd much prefer to have AXs, KXs, QXs, because 54s is harder to play post flop OOP.
Overall, I like to make the game easier for myself at microstakes and would rather tighten up and fold the 54s OOP almost 100% of the time, and occasionally raise or call with it in position.
I also play 50NL on Bovada and have noticed that overbets like this on the river are rarely bluffs even if you set him up for the bluff. The exception is if you have a read on a maniac, but for any player with a full stack or more and little to no read I would get in the habit of making this fold 100%
