New to the game (17k hands), my default strategy is to be nitty in spots like these at this stack depth, if there weren't money behind I'd snap call. BN (86/57/23) is what I would call a pseudo-maniac, by that I mean he knows better than to ship K7 et al here, and typically has "it" in big pots.
