Flop: We floped top pair + OESD+FD. I think we might have enough equity+FE to x/r get in this hand?
Turn : I don't think he will pot it with 67, so he has J7+ (not sure about this) or spades with q,j,a. I think he has more draws here, than made hands. if we call here, what should be out plan for the blank river if he bet again? Thanks guys!

First just fold because of multi way people don't bluff as much as HU!You can call there only vs huge maniacs
Second hand is b/c. He has more FD hands than trips+

PPT use raw equity for ranging hands. More accurate way to stuy preflop - use Odds Oracle with Poker Juice ranges. This hands is not included in the top 12%

Someone has AA only 20% of the time! So 80% of at the time we at least see flop IP and initiative

Hello guys! I'm looking for a study partner to constantly study PLO and review hands. My background :My name is Denis. I'm 27 years old. I play poker professionally since 2011. Played mostly SS SH NL cash on Stars (small winner ~ 2bb/100 over all sample). From February 2017 decided to transfer to PLO, because of last 7 month I was barely breakeven on NL. I decided to start from micros, because of costs of mistakes are lower! I read Donkr PLO From Scratch articles and watched PLO videos on Run it once. I study from 9-13 EET Monday-Friday

This is my results from last month https://gyazo.com/1df873a12e1f824af77ddbc28bf2edca

I'm looking for some winning PLO50+ player who wants to do hands analysis, discuss videos, have a good work ethic and constantly improve his game! If you are interested in it feel free to message me here on RIO.

Comment | BalTa commented on Call or Fold Pre-flop?

I would 4b pre and see tons of folds. If EP shoves we are committed but if MP shoves we fold. Also if MP call we have position and can realize our equity or steal the pot postflop.

Hero ???

Villain is a nitty pre flop player VPIP/PFR/3b 24/12/3 over 365 hands CB IP around 50% Fold flop after miss CB 78% in raised pots
WTSD 25
Preflop Against such small 3bet percentage i think it is a fold. We play against very strong range OOP and we don't have enough of connectedness.
Flop Plan was to xc flop and xf turn if unimproved to flush or second FD. After he did xb i think his range is full of 'weak' AA that is not ready to stack off on te flop vs draws
Turn Not sure if I had +EV bet . I don't think he will fold AA, considering how much potential draw is in my range. I think xf is the best option. What do you think?
River As played i think 6 is good card for my range. Improved 89 and 53. Also I have weakest holding in my range in this spot (not sure if this is a good justification) so at least he have to consider folding with his 'naked' AA

What do you think guys, is this + EV to bet here and try to make him fold AA? Thank you!

Villain unknown player
Preflop : Is this too lose open? I think with suspected recreational player on the big blind might be ok?
Flop : Flop connects with my calling range better than with his 3b range and i expect average villain to x/b decent portion of his range so i decided to lead and extract some value vs AA with back doors and QJ
Turn : I don't know what is the best line here. Now I think that we don't accomplish a lot by leading, because his continuing range will be straights ( a lot of higher ones) and nut flush draws. Also by checking we possibly extract some value if he decided to turn something into a bluff ? Also after his raise do we have an easy fold with our straight?
Thank you!

Flop : CB to protect my equity vs over cards, deny equity from hands that will fold and most likely we set ourselves up to play HU pot on the turn. We faced jam from aggressive recreational player and we have pot odds ~43%

So I want to ask you, how you perceive villains range and what is the best play on the flop after we faced the raise?

SB is recreational player 68/2
Preflop : I don't know, maybe this hand performs better as 3b, but I assume that BTN never fold any hand and we don't push a lot of equity multi way either isolating the SB
Flop : This hand could be played both ways. I don't expect BTN to be betting here very often vs two opponents and by leading we can isolate SB and also don't give BTN chance to realize his equity and pick up something on the turn.
Turn : As played I don't know what to do, because we don't make better hands to fold and it's unlikely he will calling something worse. Also I'm not sure how wide he will bet on the turn vs my check! I assume something like this, but I might be wrong.

What is the best turn play? (Shove, x/c or x/f ?) And what do you think what would be his betting range on the turn after our check?

Hello! Villain is recreational player VPIP/PFR/3b 71/56/58 Agg. Freq. F/T/R 68/58/47 Donk bet 70 (15) 110 hands.
Preflop : standard 4b for value vs him
Flop : Don't know how to approach flop situation. We are definitely slightly behind vs his leading range which contains a lot of Qxxx+ hands with pretty much always life cards and Pairs+GSh + hands. If we call there will be a lot of bad turn cards for us, where we have to just fold vs his second bet.
This how his leading range looks like and our equity vs it

I would like to know how to solve this situations and what is the best line for us here? Fold looks weak for me, we give up too much of our equity.

One more question guys. Some one have an idea of how we can implement this complicated flop strategy in our game? Or how we can simplify it? Thanks a lot!

Post | BalTa posted in NLHE: PIO Solver strategy exploration

Hello guys. I solved Qs9s4s board using PIO in BUvsBB spot and saw an interesting strategy : as PFR we use mixed strategy with our hands considering that BB will overfold this flop a lot. I am interesting, why PIO has checking range here if we can autoprofiting with all our range using one strategy?

As we see, BB fold 43,7% while MDF is 33% facing this size. So why we do not CB 100% of our range?

Thank you guys!

I dont understand why he bet this hand, but once he bet he has pretty clear call vs MMA gutshots. MMA is way towards bluff in this spot.

May 6, 2016 | 11:27 a.m.

I might be wrong, but good Villain should be aware that he has huge range disadvantage here and he might check all his range on the flop and call you down with 2ond pairs+ (depends how agressive you are). So I think here is not so many Fold Equity to bet on the turn and taking a free card is better here.
