In theory, if the MTT is a 100 BB eff stack with the same ante structure of the cash games with no ICM considerations both preflop ranges should be very close(almost similar), right?

I am going to start playing fastforward on Party Poker, but I am not sure what adjustments I should be making on pre flop ranges because of antes.
Does anyone could shed some light on this?
If there are any videos on the site that could lead me to the right direction that would be great too.

Hello Guys,
I know that It sounds like a very open question but I would like to know what are the changes that we should make on our 3bet calling range on the micros given that the pool 3bets only 7%.
On the videos that I watched for standard defense on RIO and Upswing it looks like the number should be on the ball park of 50%, however I think that this number is way too low for the micros.
I am considering a good number to be 60 - 65%, what are your toughs on this?
