I think your play is OK ,and I still think bet turn is good ,do bet turn your can not only deny equity from his AK,but also get extra value from check river to see showdown.but I am not sure.

When I play this hand I does not think a lot ,I just want him bet bet bet 1bb,but when he bet little big at river I feel maybe I play wrong,When I review I think,maybe raise flop because fish can call flush darw and weak pair ,turn still can bet half pot for check river ,because he still call flush draw and weak pair ,even he got jx ,but I can get value vs his weak range part and showdown,but if I just call call fold ,I induce his bluff and for A and J on that board I can not call 99 on the river .so I want ask which line is better? or any other suggestion?

Depend your opponent ,is he passive ,or aggresive can bluff with flush draw 3 street if not,the only he can over bet river is value type hands.
what value hands he can bet on that river
tptk:AK
straight: KJ ,J9
two pair:AQ AT A6 QT
tptk may not bet over pot here ,only if he think your fish ,
although you can beat QT ,but still lost to other two pair hands.so A8 call here if not good enough.

He seems like a passive guy,flop put him a range Aj jq 33 A7s(flush draw) i think raise here is bad , so I call ,river I think he can not call Aj ,and jq may not bet turn ,so only he can bet river is bluff his flush draw or full house so I just call.

Very frequenly ,I am not sure.But about 300hands I play ,lost 1 hands. and oftenly lost showdown hand,so I can not see opponent muckhands.
If I request my hand history ,it still show my email,but I just can not see it at my local stars handhistory file,so my hm2 can not import.
and I fond nanonoko had same problem,in some day his twitch he play nl200 and lost his hand history ,he click stars hands replay ,but did not show .
It very frequenly last two month,before 2017 ,I never see this happen or very few happen.
Anyone has same problem.

When I review my hand ,I consider raise flop but my hand 99 look like not very strong to bet turn ,and if I do not bet turn he can bluff whole range on that river.so ......I do not konw how to do.
