Hello Dekkers great video! Very simple and informative, I like the way you approached it. A great plus for me: Moving from NL50 to NL100 at GG playing reg tables. Honestly for the first shots at 100 the pools looks very identical :)

Great content Max Lacerda thank you ! Do you also consider those heuristics against fish/whale players? Or just go with "play your hand" strategy?

Hello pberube16 I dont play stars.com. My field is only Portugal and Spain... You play reg tables or zoom?

Comment | Fernetic commented on Migrating to GG

Because I only play regular tables, and the volume of reg tables in PS.pt/es is 25 players peak time at NL25 and 15 players NL50 :)

Hello everyone,

I am migrating from Pokerstars / Winamax to GG next month 25NL looking to shot at 50NL soon.

I would like to know if you any advices about aproaching this site and what adjusts you looking for having in mind GG has pre-flop rake?

What about the prime time to grind?

Thank you so much in advance m8s!

Tariq Haji First time I watch a video made by you. ATM I play NL25 reg tables and it felt like this lesson was pure gold for me, got very similar oponents in my daily grind!
The way you explain thinking process, the logical exploits and simplification just made stick to the monitor.

Will be checking the remaining content very soon. Keep the good work :)

Thanks both for the feedback. I think folding may be the best option against the player profile.

The 4better is a 19/15/5 . Is this enough justification to fold pre? Specially a bit deeper and according to his huge size? What about QQ, call or shove? High variance play for sure...

As played is it fine to shove? Prints money when he folds his AK.

I am winning player at Z10 2.5bb/100 and reg tables 6.5bb/100 btw.
Only started to play Zoom because got great challange at PS, unfortunately it came to an end, and that's why I want to return to reg tables... Why not choose a site that gives me the best RB conditions!?

Winamax has 3x more traffic reg tables then Pokerstars btw, I play at Portuguese market, not .com

Comment | Fernetic commented on WINAMAX 5MAX

A great functionality is that you can take a look at the table composition in the lobby, then choose a seat where you want!
What about the variance in 5max, you think it increases/decreases? Or is it pretty much the same thing?
Once you play more hands in better tables the €€/hour must increase I guess.

Post | Fernetic posted in NLHE: WINAMAX 5MAX

Hello my friends,

10NL player here

Tired of Pokerstars Zoom (with unbeatable rakeback challenge) at this moment I am thinking about migrating to Winamax.fr : Gives 50% bonus, lots of traffic and nice table selction for reg tables. The rake is 5.75% compared to the 5% offered by PS but hope to compensate that with efective table selection.

What happens is that Winamax cash is 5max, not 6max... You think there is some major differences? Apart from deleting UTG range? Is it affected by more variance or something?

Another question: Winamax has now its own HUD but i think it is possible to use PT4/HM, can you confirm that?

Thank you so much :)

Hi everyone,

Need some thoughts about this one:

1) Any need to raise flop? We have very stable SDV and NUTS potential...
2) Magic happens at turn and we hit what we were looking for... A bigger overbet should be applied? His calling range is inelastic, right?
3) River is a clear fold for me, any counter opinion? - all reads I have here is about general pool and not this player in particular.

Thank you advance m8s.

GTO Warrior RaoulFlush HawksWin thank you so much for your feedback. I definitly agree with the fold pre-flop, the call is 100% the worse play. As played I assumed this was a great flop wich needs a lot of protection... Result = Overplay xD

Hello every1, I just moved from reg tables NL10 to Zoom. My win rate 100k hands regular tabs was 6bb/100. At this moment 45k hands playing Zoom10 3/4 tables simultaniously with 3.27Evbb/100 and know what? I am not happy at all with this results, I think i have the quality to achieve 5bb/100 +- Just had some tilting problem along the way that costed me some winrate.

Some thoughts about zoom vs reg tables Villains:
- A lot of NITS;
- Underbluff;
- Very poor blind defence

Best luck m8!!

CrappyTimeSlot thank you so much for your work in this hand! I was not expecting a so deep analyse at all... All in all I understand that dumping pre must really be the best solution against UTG opens.

Wish you the best m8!

Hello everyone, here is a new loosing hand from my yesterday session:

PokerStars - €0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4: http://www.pokertracker.com

BB: 120 BB
UTG: 106.9 BB
CO: 58.8 BB
BTN: 100 BB
Hero (SB): 100 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9h Th
UTG raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 12 BB, fold, UTG calls 9 BB

Flop : (25 BB, 2 players) 8h 6h 4c
Hero bets 7.9 BB, UTG calls 7.9 BB

Turn : (40.8 BB, 2 players) Td
Hero checks, UTG bets 29.1 BB, Hero raises to 80.1 BB and is all-in, UTG calls 51 BB

River : (201 BB, 2 players) Ks

Hero shows 9h Th (One Pair, Tens)
(Pre 18%, Flop 43%, Turn 36%)

UTG shows Jc Jh (One Pair, Jacks)
(Pre 82%, Flop 57%, Turn 64%)

UTG wins 191 BB

Some of my thinking process:

1) I play 3bet/fold from SB.

2) When I get flatted from UTG I forget about my Villain having AA/KK (QQ still possible ofc in my opinion)

3) When I check turn, I expect him to bet their JQ/QK/AQ/AJ for bluff and try to get me off same hands that are shared from both ranges? So the check-shove automatic make him fold that bluffs (maiby some players in NL10 may call with JhQh) , but in other hand I will be called by JJ/QQ and maiby 99 that are a lot in is range also....

What do you think may be the best line?

Thank so much in advance m8s!! Best luck in the tables.

Thank you once more coach 👊 greetings from Portugal

Thank you @HawksWin. Guess we only unblock his natural bluffs like diamonds and KT that he could play this way, but certainly he has more value then bluffs here. Letting go on turn also seems the best option at this point.

Hi everyone, first hand history from a Portuguese grinder who wants to level up his game!! The Villain is a REG 21/18/3 9% 3bet in BTN.

Any thoughts about this hand? Thank you so much in advance!
