Ok, so after 115k hands it looks like this:
2.35 bb/100 Poor winrate even nowadays, right?
I recieved another 400$ bonus from Stars and with that my bankroll is now around 2750 $ big.
250$ more to shot nl50 but idk if i will.
Any ideas on what to work to destroy these games? Years has passed and poker is changed now. I know about range betting.

So September was disappointing (it may be slightly different since HM still doesnt support cashout hands from PokerStars)-:
Ive made lots of mistakes. These which im aware of:
- calling too wild underbluffed line hoping to see a bluff
- not bluffing good spots thinking that villain will call me anyway with 2nd or even 3rd pair
- playing while cannot focus
After each 1h session i have like 40-60 marked hands. This shows how many spots i have not figured out it. Bought pio and work on some simple spots like 3bet Co vs UTG. I know that everyone recommends to focus on most common spots like BB vs BTN but my computer is bit too old and its impossible for me to run sim with more than 1 sizing on each street BB vs BTN SRP.
Also ive bought video course which dissapointed me very much. Basically it looks like this:
coach opens PIO, run sim and start talking "we should raise sometimes XX, and call YY, villain should sometimes 3bet ZZ but also fold it". Really? I can do it by myself. I wanna know why this happens, what will change after removing some hands from villain range, how big impact it will have, what if villain is more passive, more aggro? If he doesnt fold draws, how should we play vs him?
I dont have enough sample size on villains so locking strategy in PIO makes no sense. I do it only for training purpose. I really enjoy it.
Goals for this month and next untill year is over are to get to nl50/100 asap. I need 60 buy ins to take shot, and go back after losing 5.
I will move up only if i have 5bb/100 EV in previouse 50k hands. Nothing below 5bb/100 will satisfy me.
What i think about nl25 nowadays? It's damn tight. Really.

Inspired by Onkleb ive decided to open vlog and start playing poker once again after 2 years break. I quitted poker because i could not handle stress of swings and badbeats.
Deposited 1250$ (already doubled thanks to PokerStars reload bonus of 800$) to play nl25. Here i go:
My goal is pretty simple: destroy nl25/50 games and win around 5-8 bb/100.
Actually i won a little bit more but Holdem Manager support is quite shitty and they still didnt release update to solve PokerStars Cashout hands problem ;)
For now poker is my only job. Since january 2019 im learning Java to become full time programmer.
You won't see crazy hands because nl25 is HYPER nitty and i fold to almost any raise and vs underbluffed lines. I'm really happy to see some familiar nicks at nl25 after 2 years for it means that there's still money in poker ;)

I locked in PIO villain's strategy which you described and program shows that i should check turn 83% and bet mostly only AK and TT. To simplyfy this i locked checking 100% range OTT and it's ok without losing too much equity (41.97 EV vs 41.77 EV).
I should x/shove turn 28% QQ+, AK, KJ and fold the rest hands.
If you are right and villains is betting all his nuts two pairs+ OTT (which is 41% of his range) then i should bet 100% OTR after turn gets checked back.

For every 3 bad beats and unlucky spots i lost 1 buy in because of mental issues. Thats pretty bad ratio and i should definitely work on my mental game. I just bought "The mental game of poker" and cant wait to read through it!

Im really tired of this shit:
I mean... WHY? Why would anybody call my cold 4bet with 98s? I would understand it if i was super crazy with million % 3bet and stuff... but my overall 4bet range is like 3%? Yes, i know, i should be happy and i will when i finally win against such hands.

The thing is when i work with solver (GTO+ from Flopzilla's crew) and lock strategy most regs play at nl50, solver suggest me usually to have around 20-40% raise cbet strategy and no cold call :D
For example: i squeezed BB vs CO with this range:
BTN calls with this range:
I locked strategy for BTN after my check like this:
And solver told me to play like this:
29% x/shove :D
Am i doing something wrong?

You could adopt a non-cold call strategy from any pos other than BB, with the exception of few spots.
Only 3bet or fold? Can i read more about it somewhere? Could you explain what the pros and cons are? :D
