Demondoink no not a nutritionist but had obesity issues when i was 21 and after losing 80kg ( i did an operation called sleeve gastrectomy) while recovering I started reaserching food nutritien and lots of stuff related to health, usulaly my rabbit hole on youtube is health and MMA in general .
also i have tried several diets during years as personal experiments ranging from being a vegan for a year to trying a keto diet shifted towards raw meats and raw animal cuts .
yeah the amount u r consuming is fine just keep in mind dont mix it with meals so u have good absorbstion of minerals and vitamies .
what i mean by phytic acid blocking our body from absorbing minerals :
most plants have compounds that are toxic or has some structures and tissues to protect it self from predators since its static and cant move, so phytic acid and oxalate and other form of plants compounds our body cant procces them so most of the minerals in those plants and grains especially cant be used from our bodies cause we dont have enzymes to break those compounds and get into the minerals or these compounds interfer with the absorption of some minerals
several way traditionallyt used to overcome this fermentation sprouting soaking are methods used to reduce those compounds in grains seeds and plants also cooking in general destroy big part of them while also destroying some nutrients but its a + - situation .
in general leafy green goes well sauteing them l and dont consume them raw they are high in oxalate a compound that block all minerals in those grees to be absorbeed by our bodies .
grains like oats barley and brown rice should alswys be soaked and fermented for at least 3 days before consuming
lentils and brrocoli and beans should be sprouted for a week and never consumed dried or unsoaked at least 24 rhs
mushrooms never raw also onion and garlic better cooked

about OTB have no idea but always glad to see him and rail him :) what about u do u put good volume in apps games ?

ohhhh very nice 500 pool the baron in the mix :):) lets gooo

June 29, 2021 | 9:55 p.m.

i use organic cacao its also very nice tasty with coco milk and very high in antioxidants also contains caffeine, had a 99% experince for a year with dark choco but as u said consuming the lower ones was tastier the ones with orange zest are just crazy good :)
in general when consumed in moderation both cacao and dark chocolate are healthy snacks/ drinks full of antioxidants
the only bad thing is that they contain lot of phytic acid especially cacao cause its the raw form of chocolateso all the minerals are not bioavailabe cause it binds with phytats so eat ur choco or cacao drink seperated from meals and in moderation
best of luck on tables if on stars i wud rail some hehe glgl

Great info and observations as always, enjoyed and laughed a lot on the short stackers rant :)
as an idea for next video if i may ask to explore and discuss some 150+ bbs 3 bet pots, mainly as a 50 nl player and i assume most of the community arent high stakes pros its gonna be so helpful to hear ur thoughts on those big pots spots with the same way u did today how u adjust everything with what solvers do and how they approch ev and spots especially i assume also u got a solid knowlodge and u had spent big time studying the 150+ bbs spots and sims
while i play soft pools and i prefer playing deep to cover everyone maximizing on the ev in these big pots would be huge gain for me and all the low to mid nlh players and your are one of the much trusted ones to give us some enjoyeable studying material .
Thanks Tyler

I suspect its an old session
buttonclickr offered up to 500/1k with a setup same like fedor vs limitless 360 cams :):) + someone qualified to review the whole challenge to ensure fair play and no use of rta this is what i know .

Apologies in advance if what I'm asking is a lot and I understand if its not in your interest to explain things outside the video content so feel free not to reply :)
honestly the A5hh was eye opening for me so I decided to ask your opinion on this spot BU VS CO rfi, I have posted the pre flop Sim (solved for 500z rake ) that I use and would appreciate if u could elaborate on hands like 76s 87.... etc 55-88 is it reasonable. to follow same freq as Sim or do you have other approach ? (in general I asses my decisions with these hands based on blind behind me if they are big squeezers Or not, also the opener folding to 3bet ) but I'm playing low stakes and ppl in general over fold to 3bet and squeeze low frequency so I get a lot with flatting or 3 betting those hands would like to hear your thought when playing good regs how to approach those hands where no one over folding as opener and blinds usually squeezes some optimal frequency .
I guess hands like K9s Q9s J9s we can follow same logic like A5 hh !! ?.
Thanks

31:20 A5 hh you said folding pre and saving money .
I understand flatting is not that good VS good players but A5 suit plays 100% BU VS Co 80%3bet 20% flat in my PF Sims am I missing something ?
great video and the way u construct ur thoughts about spots reflects tons of experience. and knowledge. enjoyed and learned a lot .

Hello Peter
Thanks for the great content it helped me a lot since I m grinding 50nl zoom
at 43:20 the Q8 ss is it ok to open 2.7 on a very fishy BB while 3 regs behind using that sizing to play the hand vs the fishy BB ?
thanks again sir for the nice vids .

June 6, 2019 | 5:53 p.m.

Thank you Sir for the nice series, looking forward for the last part.
Some interesting points for me:
-First hand QQ what is your thoughts if he jams turn or he flats what is your river decision.
- 29:45 JT off i think better to open jam BB has 5 bbs and Sb has 15 bbs and his stats shows that he likes to see flops so i think j10 looks much better jam not letting Sb realize his equity and we still gonna play it against BB if Sb wakes up with a hand still we have an ok hand to hit .
-34:56 T8 ss with no blockers and a table of short stacks Utg for me its a must fold blockers in short stack game has a decent value !!!
Hope to hear your thoughts on these point, thanks again.

Thanks Phil for the nice video smooth and simple but still so solid game .
although the spots are all kind of marginal on the surface but the way that u explained how to reach the higher EV spots with over folding or taking some lines was so helpful for me cause i see people and even me bleeding money in certain spots with a marginal mistakes .
certainly i enjoyed the video and i would love to see more of this format and blinds cause im grinding this blinds .
the only think i would like to emphasis is the hand 7739 double suit u said u open 2.1 to get more action from a tight table or a tight pool by getting more 3 bets and calls from blinds but the way i see people especially the tight players in PLO is that they don't focus on your sizing pre or try to exploit by 3 bet light they always play there hands strength and components first and second i always prefer to open full size with weak hands like this trying to take blinds and when i want light calls or try to induce 3 bets i prefer small sizing with high suited hands better connectivity my reason is that a tight environment there is no that big exploits happening so when he goes for light defends from blind or 3 bets i always have hands to scoop big pots from him where with a 9 and 7 high flushes or even my straights with this hand i cant scoop big pots since i will pot control or try to bluff more spots im not saying its my rule of thumb i still mix my sizes and im not saying its a rule that tight people dont exploit but im talking in general especially these levels .
Again much appreciation for your videos its always interesting to hear thoughts been a long time watching and studying your materials really very nice .

Thx for the nice vid
Still one point to be made about the AK flat 3 bet i think best play to 4 bet small with 2.5x 3 bet i dont think that the rec has monster and its always better play it HU IP not letting BTN to call any profitably and we can pot control all the way IP especially 2.5 3 bet i dont see recs do it with QQ+ i see this them use this sizing eith suited A10 s+ wich we are dominting and they wont fold for a small 4 bet
