Do you see yourself exercising as the first thing in the morning? Because all the succesfull people, before going to work -especially for a performance work- highly recommends to start the day activating both brain and body.
Personally it changed completely my winrate and my overall productivity!

Before playing I'm now trying to do meditation or visualization + gym session/run (with motivational music) and I'm super happy with the results!

Hey guyz, I would like to discuss about what is for you the best warm-up routine and why it perform well in your case.

Personally, I find that I do well with this one:
-10' Meditation
-Visualization of my goals, the biggest mistakes I make (either mental or technical) and something that I would like to focus onto
-Take a 10' run while listening to motivational songs
-Stretch a little bit

Post | G0LD3NF1SH posted in NLHE: Playing HU against limper

Hey guyz, thought about playing against a good reg who mix limps and 2,5x opens?

How we should construct our preflop Iso and 3betting ranges?

And what about playing the flop in limped pot. Should we stab or check full range?

May 20, 2019 | 1:40 p.m.

Hand played on Chinese app vs. unknown reg.

Heads Up Table Blinds 5/10$
Hero SB (1000$) raise to 30$ with Kc Td
BB (1000$) calls 20$

Flop Qc 2c 8d (60$)

BB checks, Hero bets 30$, BB calls

Turn 7d (120$)

BB checks, Hero bets 180$, BB calls

River 9d (540$)

BB checks, Hero bets 760$ and he is all-in

Thoughts about this hand? A little bit too speewy OTT?

Yo boys!

All good here. I'm running pretty bad in a demential field but I'm pround of my consistancy. I'm continuing to do my routines, except that I'm eating badly (you know, Christmas :S).

I got just one interesting news: I'm pretty close to the threesome :D I'm very excited and will update with the "results"!

Hey guyz! I was very busy and I couldn't update the journal!

What can I say?

These days were amazing! I'm very proud of me.

I want to give a vote to my weekly challenges:

Poker: 7.5/10. Playing between 5 and 7.30h on a daily basis (sunday is the day off) and my game has been pretty decent. I know I can do better in terms of quality of my game.

Sleeping Routine: 9.5/10. I'm surprised! I'm going to sleep at 8.30pm and waking up at 5.00am, everyday, taking a nap in the first evening. I want to improve my skills for falling asleep very quickly and having the possibility to take naps between the sessions.

Morning Routine:10/10. Excellent routine and consistency. My routine is:
10' meditation
15' Philips GoLite + Read of a self-improvement book
5' Stretching&Awakening
15' Run
Breakfast

Wellness: 8/10. Eating decently. I can cut some carbs, but I'm proud, I lost 1kg. I went to workout everyday and I'm doing HIIT and Calisthenics.

Unfortunately I'm playing in a room where HM doesn't work and I can't track the hands but I will update my profit monthly.

LET'S GO!

It's time to update!
Next time, I'll do it on sunday, since I have more time.

So, how has been this week?

Pretty good, for some aspects and dramatic for others.

I'm trying to switch into a positive mindset so I will start with the good news:

1) I went to sleep early (max 11pm during the week) and discovered that I need at least 8.30h of good sleep. The question now, is: what "Good sleep" means? Well, I don't know, so in the next weeks I will track my quality with the following adjustments:
-Room colder or warmer (writing down the degrees)
-Room darker or with some light
-Ear plugs or not
-In general what I did previous my sleep (cardio, strenght work, no workout, read or not, hours using the phone, had shower just before [cold or hot?])

The next step will be buying the Oura Ring, which is the most accurate sleep tracker (my coach use it, too).

2) I performed a decent morning routine everyday (eccept for week-end cause I was with my girlfriend and friends).
In order:
-15' of GoLite, when reading a book.
-15' running outside
-Proteic and fat breakfast with few complex carbs, avoiding insuline rollercoaster.
-Going to the marketplace, where I buy everyday fresh local vegetables, fruits, meat and fish.

This 4 little actions are helping me a lot with my start!
The GoLite is giving me more energy and cutting out very quickly my sense of fatigue. Plus, reading a Self-improvement book is letting me start the day with the right kick.
The run is giving me more awareness and improving my overall energy, and so my mood. Plus, it's a great body awakenment, warming up my joints and my muscles, preparing me for the long sitting position.
With the breakfast I'm having plenty of energy!
Going to the marketplace is improving a lot my mood cause of smelling fresh fruits, seeing beautiful colors and talking to strangers kindly.

For the moment, this is a easy-to-do routine and I will keep it, trying to improve it.

Next step for my routines are:
-Introduce 1 hour of deep work, like studying poker or reading a self-improvement book.
-Improve my pre-sleep routine which is actually very basic and essential.

3) I kept myself away from every type of social and had incredible benefits! More self awareness and a lot of extra time!

4) I'm excited about the read of my new book, The Slight Edge. It's not the manual to the happiness or the classic self-improvement book. It's a revelation, for me! I'm now opening my eyes and understanding why I always failed. Why I'm not achieving my goals. It's pretty simple, yet nobody do it, just because it's simple as fuck.
This book is blowing me and radically changing my mindset and my philosophy.
I warmly recommend it to everyone who is willing to improve!

But now...

What didn't worked?

I stopped my stakking and I now need to pay 8k for a penalty. My roll is being squeezed :S
I'm waiting for cashout to pay and be able to play again.

I will start a new stakking contract with my ex coach because I'm not confident with my roll. I will begin from 20/40/40.

Let's see what happens!

Post | G0LD3NF1SH posted in Chatter: Where to start?

Hello guys, I'm an Heads up player who never studied 6-Max/Fullring and don't know how to use solvers since I always been in soft games. I'm actually playing in Chinese Apps but my main game is now full of GTO Bots so I need to switch.
In your opinion, where can I start studying 6-Max/Fullring? Also, someone knows material or coaches for Straddle-Ante games?
Thank you all!

Hello guys, I have two questions:
1) What is the fastest way to improve Poker Snowie skills?
2) If I import my hands, does Snowie learn from them?

Thank you!
