I think thats because he has a lot of sizings in the sim and the solver will use a mix of small and big bets, but because the stronger parts of the range mainly go into the bigger bet sizing, he can not bet hands like JJ and TT anymore, as the small sizing is not as protected as if you rangebet for 1/4

You never deny equity vs flushdraws anyway, you just charge draws but you dont get any protection this way

You would rather have the additional equity of the backdoor flush draw in a pot that gets bigger by your xr. Raising 99 instead of AA makes sense because you actually gain protection, as IP bet folds overcards

8:40 I think you actually want to bluff these kind of trash hands OTT at a decent frequency, unblocking his broadway gutshots that fold to turn overbet, think 96 is better than K6 for this reason, K6 blocks the folding range (KJ, KQ)

Post | GWValueTown posted in NLHE: Database Analysis

Hey, i was going through my database, trying to find leaks and wondered what stats we are supposed to have for flop/turn/river aggression% and for fold to flop/turn/river bet % ?

Hey great video!
i also use GTO+, but did not know that it is possible to run aggregated reports with the rangebet nodelock.. How exactly did you set up your sim? :)

Hey, i wonder if someone can help me out with this:
How much Ev can we justify to loose by simplifying our cbet strategy to betting range 1/3. For example
on T82tt Bn vs BB SRP if we rangebet 1/3 we loose 4% of the pot on average compared to a (perfectly executed) mixed strategy.
What is the ev loss threshold?
Also in reality we wont loose that much ev, because people are not going to punish us enough. We put the pressure on our opponent to be aggressive enough, while we can make literally no mistakes on the flop.
Any ideas?

Would love to join

I have played the majority of my volume on pokerstars and Iam currently playing Nl50. However, since the introduction of aurora, my laptop started lagging extremly when playing on stars, forcing me to play on other sites for now.
I tried partypoker, but the playerpool seems way tougher than on stars. Can you recommend sites that have a somewhat softer playerpool like stars? Has anyone of you also experienced the lagging and has a solution for it? Has anyone tried out i poker network and can recommend it?

I think flop should get raised at a reasonable frequency. Once you just call flop i don’t think you want to do too much raising ott, as the 4 is such a blank card (opponent should overbet fwiw).

First of all i don’t think the flop is great for 1/3 bets and should bet bigger or get checked imo. On the 6 turn you want to do a whole lot of checking, especially when you cbet flop at a high frequency or range-bet. Your opponent picks up a lot of equity while your overcard heavy range does not improve, forcing you to check a ton. I could see this hand beeing a good candidate for a x/jam, but 2x pot is not a line i would take with any parts of my range here. Would you ever jam there with QQ?

Hey, I think around the 13:00 mark where you have AsJd in the BB vs Lj open, your hand is still way too strong too be turned into a bluff on this runout imo, you still win quite sometimes when action goes x/x. However vs a river bet from villain a very big, polarizing raise seems alright at a frquency.
You also have way more flushes than villain probably since most of his fd are going to fire turn
