Most of the popular HUD/Trackers will work but you have to play on PC, using an Android Emulator, and purchase/use a 3rd party hand grabber app as well such as this one - https://www.holdemmanager.com/hm3/converters/asian.php

HoldemManager Is there Std. variance dev. stat on HM3?

This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration.  If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - and include "Notify Me When HMT-3184 is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Wait does that mean you can create those stats yourself?

I am not sure what you are asking. Are you referring to the post above about positional stats? Did you look at the dropbox image link I posted? Here is that image again using the forum insert image tool so it posts in the thread:

Sept. 5, 2020 | 1:51 p.m.

HM3 does not have positional versions of every HUD stat like HM2 did, as many customers felt it cluttered up the stats list.  Instead we have the HUD - HUD Editor - Item Properties - Position modifier as shown in this screenshot - https://www.dropbox.com/s/qh7e28llpah1kyl/positionalitemproperties.png?dl=0

Hello,

I apologize for the delay in reply. I haven't been doing external support the past months and it seems others weren't checking here either as it is hard to find threads about our software here without a dedicated software forum.

HM3 has it's own Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app that is in free beta testing for HM3 license owners. That IHG app will have a cost above and beyond the cost of HM3 when it is eventually released. We do not support a HUD in the browser version of the poker software, only the Windows client. HM2 (and HM3) still works with 3rd party Ignition Card Catchers.

Note: All development of new features, tools and game type support will be focused on HM3. We will continue to support HM2 for bug fixes and parser updates until an end of life (“EOL”) date of December 31, 2020. See this FAQ for more information.

Please update to this version
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm2AutoUpdate_8660.exe

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support%3F

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.  It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

If the HUD has the popup attached to it, it brings it in. You can also copy the .pop file from the config folder in

For Windows Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/832/How+are+Hidden+Files+Viewed+in+Windows%3F+

and put it in the other one.

What format are the hands saved in? Can you send some to us?

Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Note Caddy works best with an i7+, rather than an i5. I'd go with more RAM as well.

I assume PIO Solver will like a more robust system. The SSD speeds differ as well. Not all are equal.

They are no longer writing hands from the point you don't contribute to the pot so we can no longer support these cash game hands - http://www.mpn.poker/blog/closing-a-few-loopholes/

Microgaming has made a decision to not provide cash game customers with all hand histories for games they are seated in.  They also stopped writing anonymous hand history files but we never supported a HUD on those tables.  Even though a Microgaming cash game player has posted blinds for the round, they will now only provide customers with a hand history if the customer directly contributed to a pot.  We are no longer importing Microgaming cash game hand histories because many stats are significantly skewed as a result of the Microgaming decision to not provide hand histories on all cash game hands.  We will continue to support Microgaming tournaments as all players are provided with complete hand histories.

See this forum thread/post for more details about these changes -http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=536230&p=2485729&viewfull=1#post2485729

There are links in the above forum post if you want to roll back to be able to import these hands but the stats in the HUD/Reports will be inaccurate which could cause you to make bad decisions at the tables.  If you continue to have problems importing with the older versions please tell us the software version of your poker client as some customers have reported that microgaming is no longer saving any cash hands so they may now be rolling out changes to completely block trackers/huds on cash tables.

Check your spam folders if you did not hear back yet.

What do you mean they overlap? You can move the c:\users\username\appdata\local\pokertracker\processed folders between computers and import the hands.

Try resetting your winsock adapter.

Right-click the start button and run command prompt (as administrator) or it could be called Power Shell (administrator).

Type:

netsh winsock reset

hit enter, restart your computer.

Update your network card driver. You could also buy a new network card, as it might be the issue.

Comment | HoldemManager commented on 4bet stat at HM2

It is based on you being the PFR, then getting 3bet. It's the times you 4bet that you get 3bet.

Range would be RFI * 4B%

We both have 30-day trials. Feel free to use both to see which meets your needs best.

Oct. 12, 2016 | 9:11 p.m.

Usually this is a to do with the wrong configuration or import folders not setup correctly. Please see the following FAQ on how to setup your configuration for Pokerstars http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/642/Poker+Stars+Setup and this FAQ to check and make sure you have your Auto import folders setup correctly http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2931/Site+Setup

Please also note that Play money tables are not supported.

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, delete the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1931/How+to+setup+Holdem+Manager+to+run+with+Poker+Stars+Zoom+Tables

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on, what the client/server version numbers are, and send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the Zoom setup FAQ in the link above.

Aug. 18, 2016 | 8:17 p.m.

Make sure that you have it set up as a Stars skin, not FTP. If you continue to have trouble, create a ticket, so that support can help you.

Often, you will need to edit each hand, so that the 1st 2 lines are only one line.

June 21, 2016 | 7:15 a.m.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the software and I apologize for the delay in reply.

Please close HM2 and Poker Stars then go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version) and right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.

In the Compatibility Tab, select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you are already running as admin so there is no need to change anything.

Please repeat those steps for PokerStarsUpdate.exe in the same folder.

Please see this FAQ for further detailed instructions how to do these steps and make sure Holdem Manager has them done also - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/851/Run+.exe+Files+As+Administrator+%28Windows+Vista%7B47%7D7+%26+8%29

Note, if you are running Windows 8 compatibility tab is most likely not available for PokerStarsUpdate.exe so alternate steps are: right-click, "Troubleshoot compatibility", click "Troubleshoot program", choose 3rd option "The program requires additional permissions, click next, click "Test program" (PokerStars should run), click next, click "Yes, save these settings for this program".

You can move your database to a second drive.

Please see this FAQ to move your database to another drive. Please note this is an advanced article and we do not provide support for these this method if you encounter issues but at the request of users we decided to make a FAQ for those who felt confident enough to try this method.

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1172/Move+Database+to+Another+Hard+Drive+or+Partition

You will get more speed if your SSD is the main drive. You can put the postgres database and HM2 database parent folder on there.

Don't delete the archive, move it to a second drive.

HM2? You have to use an old HM2 build (v8079) to be able to see all the hole cards.

If HM2 worked on cash but not tournaments you most likely just need to change/install your poker client in English. If that doesn't solve your problems we can help you if you email our support.

The stakes the small stakes versus pro stakes covers is explained on the site. If you play both PLO and NLH at stakes up to NL400 like your post says then you will need the pro stakes combo version for $160 to support both games at those stakes.
