Watching you guys playing and betting and saying all the weak hands you expect to pay.. in my case, doesnt matter how strong is my hand, i only can think about the possible better hands the villain has. Doing it i notice i loss tons of value betting small or even checking.

I gonna be Honest with you. I spend 150k hands playing 2nl and having terrible results! I was really frustratred because im someone who study and like to do it. I dedicate myself really hard for something which i believe. After 150k and really frustrated about my results, and even having a 3 buyins of stop loss, which can help you to just jump off doesnt matter why i got there.. i saw a post of someone saying how is not that good spend so much time on 2nl..
Because i had already 150k of hands on 2nl i just jump to 5nl, still a bit frustrated but studying as i was before.. Resuming, last month i moved up to 10nl after finish 100k hand of 5nl and 4bb positive. Now im in a new challenge with 10 nl, good days, bad days, but respecting stop loss, studying and trying to take good decisions.
Having long time playing you gonna realise load of importat things by yourself, but what helped a lot my game was study villain raige for position (we think we now, but its really good when you go a bit deeper) 3bet range preflop, and postflop (im far from being good, but already paying few hero calls, or raising turns against agreesive players etc)
Anyway, what helped me a lot was the "postflop course" from Upswiing poker, which cost 5 or 7$ im not sure, and where things went maaaaaaany levels above is Peter Clarke course here on runitonce. im still coming back to watch the videos etc.
My english is not that good, but i hope you can understand. im not writing as someone who play very well, but its my experience. the best thing i did was leave 2 nl, but just because i had 150k hands already, because i think 2 nl heps you a lot with tilt in the future stakes.

Hey mate.. i just moved up from 5nl to 10nl.
Im studying "from the ground up" as well.
Reading "modern poker theory", other books as well and interested in study with other people, using flopzilla, equilab etc...
