Played him again :) started calling down 2nd and sometimes 3rd pair. Took him for 6 buyins and he quit me. Best feeling ever

Thank you so much for taking the time :)
I got so mad, I honestly couldn't stay despite how much I wanted too.
I have never faced such insane aggression, I simply had no idea how to respond.
I only remember making it to 1 river, its a 3bet pot, on the button with AT off, I dont remember the board entirely but it was something like AK2J3, and I remember just calling down all 3 streets with my eyes closed because his bets are so massive, and he shows 87 off. Shit was cray.
He is a reg at the 6max also so I think ill get another shot at the hu table :)
Thanks again!!!

Post | Jackfleming posted in NLHE: Constant flop and turn donks

Hi there. I try to play as much hu as possible, and while playing last night i faced an opponent that was very aggressive. He would constantly donk the flop and turn streets, and would double barrel most hands in position and tripple barrel a few also. My thoughts were, super fish easy money, value all day and such, but then he took me for 2 buyins, because i was having a very tough time making a pair 😕
My question is, vs a super aggro villian donking 80% of flops and at least 40% of turns, barrelling and such, with no particular board textures, he was so random.....
Is there a way to counter this with a bad run of cards??
I did try check raising the flop with 2 overs and a gutter, but he called and 3x raised my 2/3 turn bet and then i got mad and quit.. Lol. Help anyone??
