At this stake, he's more than likely leading out because of your check OTF as PF3bettor. You offer no protection to your overpair and spots a weakness. You get perfect odds to call on the river, the fold can't be justified at all any way you're looking at it with a cap range from the beginning. If you run into a set or an overpair to your JJ, unlucky. But because you offered zero protection to your own cards and painted yourself a vulnerable target, how can one know what they're playing in their hand?

If you lead OTF with a cbet, and saw a raise. You could potentially put him on a set/bluff.

I'm not the greatest at hand analysis when it comes to cash games, I'm currently learning cash games and moving from MTTs. Hope that helps above.

With not a lot of tendencies to go off, I'd probably push for a raise/fold to steal, Q7 has not got a lot of post-flop playability especially OOP. I definitely don't think we should be pressure-shoving Qs7c here.

You're only getting around 35% equity. What are his fold stats? You've also got to think what tendencies he's got on you, are you opening wide a lot to steal?
