I think you rep a middle pair with this line, I would prefer to have blockers when I do that.
IMO BU 3bet range is 1010+ AQo+ maybe hands like JQs KQo A10s AJo... to squeeze / fold vs open raiser but maybe he can call with this against your jam (pot odds + you seems to gamble ur equity when you do that imo)
