If I’m making mistakes trying to implement a complicated strategy of different bet sizings and checks on flops will betting 1/3 with range be higher EV? Also if I did play this strategy(assuming I’m going to get raised more), does this mean I should have more 3bets on the flop?

I am playing 50NL online, too risk averse to play 100NL despite having a 6k bankroll and doing well in these NL50 games. I think I don’t play higher because of my mental game and tilt issues.

I feel I can’t progress without the help of someone, a coach or cfp to push me in the right direction and help me further. I feel like my game is fine(not perfect) but I have a lot of mental leaks I don’t know how to fix. How do I go about finding coaches or CFP?
