We've got you covered.

Feb. 4, 2019 | 9 p.m.

Hey adrissan . For Brazil we offer Visa/Mastercard (some beta testers have successfully used prepaid cards), Ecopayz and MuchBetter. We will also add bank transfers through Astropay and Astropay Card soon.

Feb. 4, 2019 | 7:58 p.m.

Hey Freezeout . We don't have any immediate plans for Paysafe Card, but we'll keep an eye on it.

Regarding Sofortueberweisung and Giropay: We already have Trustly which works in the same way (instant bank transfers via your online banking). Feel free to let us know if, for example Trustly does not support your bank.

Feb. 4, 2019 | 7:54 p.m.

Some prepaid Visa cards allow withdrawals; however, most don't. You can still use
a prepaid Visa to deposit, and look into MuchBetter or Ecopayz as withdrawal options.

Feb. 3, 2019 | 9:09 p.m.

In addition to the options discussed in that thead, we have also recently made MuchBetter (https://muchbetter.com/) available for many countries, including Canada.

Feb. 3, 2019 | 9:05 p.m.

miami002 Those countries have been blocked ever since we started our real money beta tests. However, particlularly Denmark and Estonia are on our radar for obtaining local licences in the future; the Belgian licence is fairly inaccessible in comparison.

I cannot make any promises whether, or when, we will apply for a Danish or Estonian licence, but we are definitely interested in opening up for players from those countries.

An update for players from Sweden.

As you already know, a new licencing regime for online gambling is coming into effect in Sweden on January 1st.

We are preparing a licence application which will be submitted to the Swedish Gambling Authority in due course. However, until we are granted the relevant licence, we will not be able to offer real money poker to residents of Sweden.

For players from Sweden who played one of out beta session we kindly ask you to log into your account before January 1st and request a withdrawal through the cashier.

On January 1st, or shortly after, we will disable access to the Run It Once Poker client for Swedish players. After that date, you will still be able to ask for a withdrawal of your funds by emailing [email protected]; however, please note that some payment options may not be available indefinitely.

Please rest assured that we will do our best to be able to reopen our site to Swedish players as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not have a reliable target date at this time but we will provide an update as soon as we have one.

If you are interested in the roles below, please get in touch by emailing [email protected]. All roles are based in Malta, where we provide lots of sunshine throughout the year as well as several awesome employment benefits.

We may have additional positions in the future, but at this time we are recruiting:

Operations Team Leader (Poker / Game Integrity)

This position is part of our Customer Service team and will, in cooperation with other Team Leaders, organize day-to-day customer service operations (which requires shift and weekend work) and be an escalation point for customer service staff with focus on game offerings, poker rules and game integrity (but also contribute to other areas like payments / fraud / technical support).

The Team Leader (Poker / Game Integrity) will also contribute to Poker Room Management tasks (e.g. monitoring and reporting of game activity).

Very strong knowledge of (and passion for) poker (including game variants beyond Texas Hold’Em) with several years of active and recent playing experience (online and offline) is required. Experience in online gaming customer service (ideally specializing in Game Integrity) and data analysis / reporting (particularly Excel and poker tracking / analysis software) would be helpful.

Customer Service Generalists

Our customer service philosophy is centred around a strong understanding of poker players.

We don't require specific qualifications to join our team (but you need to have the right to live and work in the EU); the main assets that we are looking for are poker playing experience, a good understanding of the online poker industry (ideally including areas like payments, fraud, game rules, technical issues), and a very customer-friendly attitude.

If this sounds like you, we may have a spot for you in our customer service team. Please get in touch!
