Risk = 10,93
Reward = 0,80 (pot) + 2,48 (your previous bet) + [10,93 + 2,48] (total amount villain will have put in the pot in order to call)
10,93 / ([10,93] + [0,80 + 2,48 + 2,48 + 10,93]) = 0,3957 which means 39,57% stackoff equity required.
39,57% of the time you will profit 0,80 + 2,48 + 2,48 + 10,93 -> 0,3957 * 16,96 = 6,604
60,43% of the time you will lose 10,93 -> 0,6043 * 10,93 = 6,604
So in the long run obviously 6,604 - 6,604 = 0 and you will breakeven with ~39% equity. So you need 39% here to stack off profitably.

If you haven't read PLO from scratch by bugs yet (just google it), you would probably be able to get a lot out of it to improve your fundamentals.

If you haven't seen it yet, i'd say Tom Coldwell has a great video on PLO10 zoom -
Know Your Enemy: PLO10 Zoom
Just watched it and I'm happy I did.
