Post | PLOmahanster posted in PLO: 2/4 PLO am I overplaying?

Playing HU 2/4 PLO....

Have played with villain decent amount and hes 3 betting slightly more than usual today...

400 effective stacks...KK99 on button open for 12, get 3b to 36, I decide to 4bet to 108 and he 5bets for 326

At this point I'm aware that hes pretty much always gonna have AA but my questions are A) Am I supposed to just call it off knowing he has AA? and B) Should I be 4betting to begin with and what to do when 5s are always AA?

Thanks guys.

Playing 5/5/10

Our hand : KdKsJh9h

I open MP (3k stack) to 40 and get flatted by cutoff and hijack and button raises to 180 (1200) sb cold calls (4000) and bb cold calls (3000).

Flop:9c9d2c

Sb checks, BB bets pot. What should we do here?

I decided to pot it and get all the money in and lose to T967cc

I know bb to be solid player and was losing at the time...he would have 4b AA9x preflop...I decided to pot it because I figured his range to be way more run-down like hand rather than A9xx hand given the cold call of the 3b oop.  He is very unlikely to have a 92xx hand imo. I didn't want to flat the flop bet with KK in my hand, seeing as decisions would get harder on most turn cards and/or lose action.

Should I play differently or chalk it up to variance/standard situation?

Thanks

5/5 PLO

Hero in BB ($2500) AJT8 rainbow

Utg limp, button ($2200) pots to 25, sb calls, we call in bb, and utg calls

FLOP Q96 rainbow

SB bets 80, we raise to 265, button raises to 865, sb folds...

What should we be doing here? I know the button has exactly QQxx in his hand as he is tight player and wouldnt be making this move with any other holding. I know our hand is massive but unsure how to play it properly.

Thanks for the help!
