Hi all, so I used to play poker around 8 years ago but I've never been that great. I play micro stakes and am a mostly breakeven or very slightly losing player. I prefer playing MTT's to cash games. I've never actually done any training and have only ever read a few books years ago. I do ok in tournaments, the majority of the time I make it into the money but I'm so short of chips as I'm not aggresive enough and don't get very far. The best I've come so far is 17th out of 620 today in an 888 $2.20 mtt. It's so frustrating to be almost to the final table but never making it. I'm going to start some studying as I want to start taking poker seriously as I do love playing.

My question is, in the later stages of a tournament is there any play between 10 and 15bb or should it all just be pushing all in. I was really annoyed with myself earlier as I had pocket 2's in UTG2, UTG1 limped, the BB was sitting out, I felt like shoving but wasn't sure and didn't want to just limp in and get raised or put all in by someone behind. So I folded and the person behind me raised to 3bb and 2 of them saw the flop, and on the flop was a 2 so I would have hit a set. I was so annoyed with myself and frustrated for not knowing what to do in this situation. What would everybody else's play have been in this situation? Shove the pocket 2's or just limp and call the raise?

Thanks!
