not always and not versus unknown opps by default. 12% calling range has ~55 % equity on this board. a lot of X9s, Kx,GS,FD not folding. mb versus wider range it's okay Cbet

Yeah, but we have no history and my resteal range from blinds isn't super agro, I think around 10% only, so I guess his calling range different here too.

maybe it's reasonable to squeeze small vs EP and MP OC , but it's really small looks suspisous for me 0.15+30+30=0.75$ and he squeezes 1$.
same as light 3bets from blinds 0.15+steal 0.30=0.45$ and light 3bet 0.65$ looks like weak and cheap resteal attempt.

If I raise 3x OTT or push he would fold almost all. he bets 3.45 and pot is already (3.45+4.35= ~8$) If I raise here 3.45 to 10 it's big decision for him to be pot commited or let it go.he dont want to continue with air coz we are deep versus big sizing?
