3.00 would you also make these jams in CEV Spots in weaker fields? With the same range you can see at 7.23

for open sizing what kind of research have you done? for eg if you looked at your own results i guess its fairly tough to get a significant sample on different sizes

Thx for your fast and detailed response!

Hey,
thx for the video.
Min 3:45 (bottom left) I totally agree with your statement that his KJ should be an easy valuejam OTR I m just wondering how do you construct your x/c-range there (after betting the turn rather big / being rather polar)?
Exploitive I would say, that the MTT-population doesn`t have any calls there, besides some missed Nut-FDs. :P
So basically we (as the IP player) just shove cause we are 'never' beat but expect to almost never get called, correct!?
Do you think the 'mistake' (as the OOP player) is to be too polar on the turn (maybe include some more JT/QJ) & x/c them OTR or do you think we need to be checking some of our valuehands that would be good enough to jam the river ourselves. (hands that come to mind: JJ (if doubled), 66, 99 (if you cbet), maybe even some KJ/AJ (unblocking both FDs))?

Two questions concerning blockers.
10:16 AQo: You mention that you block AT & QT, do you think he defends QTo pre vs your 3B, cause otherwise you don`t block QT as you have the Qh in your hand and the Th is on the board.
28:03 ATo: I wondered in this spot how you think about the Ad blocker, cause surely you block the one combo of Ad5d, but you also block several combos of Adxd that floated the flop and would probably mostly fold now. Would be great to hear your opinion on these to spots!

37:40 KTo: As your are @ the stone bottom of your range otr & probably get there with at least 15 combos of straights (6x 99, 3x Q9s, 3x J9s, 3x T9s), maybe even some more as you might have some combos of A9s/K9s/AK in your range, this should be a mandatory bluff especially vs a capped range (after xback turn).

Thx a lot!

As usual I enjoyed your video. :)
Im far from a HU expert, still was thinking a lot about the K6s hand (Min 2:00). My prediction are that you are probably defending any Kxs (some as 4Bets) and then sth like (K8o) K9o+!? On the Flop you mentioned that you basically build two groups (A: The Kx that might be strong enough to go for the 3 streets (KT+) & B: The ones that arent, cause they are more like 2 street valuebets for you).
I was wondering if it still could be a good idea to bet some of the ones in group B(@ some frequency) on the flop, cause then you would have the option to work them into other 2 street lines (like B/B/xback or B/x/B).
Please just tell me if my thought process is completely off. :)

You also mentioned that you wouldn`t put many FDs into your flop stabbing range, could you explain this a little bit more!?
Thanks a lot!

K229 hand:
what hands do you generally like to raise this flop with as bluffs?
I feel like making a play like you did with a hand that has basically no good turns and no nutty outs vs an opponent who does not like folding is just not gonna be profitable especially deep.

And please do a part 2 of this ;)

Nov. 25, 2014 | 12:56 p.m.

good video! i think that hem shows this sidepot situation incorrectly. it seems like you missed that towelie raised to 800 and valueclown had only 510$ total creating a 580$ sidepot. doesnt change much in that situation being so shallow i guess..

Post | WATnlos posted in NLHE: call for the split? nl 5k cap hu

http://www.handconverter.com/hands/2520511

its a cap hand, we play 1k$ stacks before the hand

villain sits me (unknown but probably a reg), we play for like 75 hands. Did see him leading turn once before that hand (http://www.handconverter.com/hands/2520512).

Whats our plan here? I guess we can never fold turn... River looks strange to me, we have QQ+, 5x, and Jx in our range. Why would he bluff this one? ... We have to pay 274 for 585$ split... So we have to be right every 2,1 case, right?!

I guess shove doenst make any sense, since we don't expect him to fold out a J ...
