Thanks for these videos! I'm a new essential subscriber, and a novice player looking to learn to beat microstake (and low stakes live play), and these have been my favorite videos so far to justify my subscription here (as someone not actually making money from poker, so that sort of expense matters).

I'm a novice player trying to learn to beat microstakes, with substantial leaks in my play. While it's easy enough to find opening ranges and discussion online, it's much harder to find concrete advice on calling ranges facing each position, defending 3-bets, and etc.

Is Pokersnowie's preflop advice considered solid enough for microstakes play? Does it tend to err on one side or the other? It seems to line up reasonably well from the gameplay videos I see posted on RIO, but I'm curious if this is a decent place to start.

Obviously, I know that you want to be adjusting your play, not following a chart. However, I'm playing Ignition, so I won't generally have extensive HUD stats on any of my opponents, so it's particularly important that I have a reasonable baseline (then if I'm in a cash game with them for a half hour, I'll be looking for their tendencies to adjust around).

This was a great video. Just took out an Essential subscription, one of the most informative things I've found so far (trying to learn to beat microstakes).

I've been playing casually for only about a month, and am still very much a novice. I've been listening to hand analyses when I can, but have many weak spots in my game, and am currently not a winning player at microstakes on Ignition.

I bought a RIO Essential subscription to try and elevate my game. Do you guys have suggestions of the best videos to start with? I think the most serious videos that involve deep dives into the complexities of building a range for a certain flop for 40 minutes are probably overkill for the level I'm currently at, but I do want to learn the right way. I've already found some Galfond hand reviews at .10/.20 Zoom, which is really insightful, but what are the other best coaches for microstakes, and what are some of the videos to teach fundamental strategies?
