interresting point. I always hear players recommending Not to play these small pp in EP ot MP .... i still keep doing it tho , showing profit so far ... (1430 hands , +400bb , both in results and EV .... are there any good regs with same results or am i just running good ?

why not cbet ? especially if you consider AQ is the top of your range , meaning you dont have ak/AA in your checking range .... as played i'd fold but you have a capped range that is exploitable dont you ?
