IMO checking flop and folding turn will not be more profitable than betting range small sizing on the flop. If we check this hand on the flop, I think it demands that we defend a little more of our range OTT. As played, decision to call turn will be player dependent. By not betting range i'm probably going to fold turn against an unknown.

IMO, I don't think your 3bet range can be cbetting a 5-6-7 flop as often as this hand implies that you are. Villain will have a clear nut advantage on these flops. As played, once you've been called on the flop and pick up no equity - I think continuing to barrel this becomes pretty spewy. Not sure what range of hands you're trying to realize fold equity from - or rather how this line will make money attempting to get those hands to fold.

No reason to check turn

I expect an unknown 10NL villain to have very few bluffs in this line, even in the most adventurous of lines, bluffs like 65s would be there by the river. More importantly, you're the preflop agg. - so I'd expect a check-raising range vs. your 3bet on an A-x-x board to be almost entirely two pair or better - in my opinion he will not have anywhere close to 'enough' bluffs. At worst he's making polarization errors and check raising hands like AJ-AQ, but not often enough for you to have 33% equity to call off his shove on the river.

Great video Peter. Can you speak a little more as to what a block-betting range in that KTo vs 85s hand might look like? Are we incentivized towards balancing nutted combos into the block-betting range or just accepting that we're completely capped in that line, and that's okay. If so, is it problematic at all that when we block bet, we should essentially never call a re-raise? Thanks again for the great video, hope to see more like this - really extracted a lot from your dialogue with a student.

Shove to get called by what?

"Villain is 90% a fish" is imo the maximally relevant criteria. When fish donk the river they typically do so in an incredibly imbalanced way, and on this texture it's going to be incredibly polar. By re-raising you're essentially saying that you think he will call with a worse two (bearing in mind that there is only one 2 left in the deck) or a hand like A9, which in my opinion doesn't seem like a very credible donk. I think it's reasonable that villain is repping FH and straights - and at the very worst a busted flush draw - in which case you have a great hand to just call and bluff catch with. As much as i'm not really thrilled about having to call, though I think you must - you definitely aren't accomplishing very much by raising, given the perceived OTR donking range of a fish.

Hey Leszek, absolutely fantastic video. I was wondering about some of the differences between a 5 minute and a 20 minute visualization exercise. Could you perhaps provide some examples of how they might vary in detail? The example you gave at the end of the video seems somewhat thorough, yet it only runs 7 minutes long. Obviously as a beginner with this method it seems appropriate to start with shorter exercises, but what would the longer visualizations include? Would it just be more repetition of what you've already visualized? Or just putting greater detail into what you are imagining? Again, thanks for the video - looking forward to practicing.

To clarify, what I am really asking is how do I learn about different data points?

I would love more videos on this type of strategy. Your video series on mindset solutions was thoroughly enjoyed. The struggle I am having is once I have identified my own assumptions what do I do next? I cannot seem to come up with what the correct thought process or correct series of questions to ask are. Perhaps that is a lack of knowledge or understanding on my part though.
