hey bud, most annoying noise ever every min or so, sounds like a slot machine in vegas. , Please can you try to remove in part two?

Nice playing with you briefly in vegas, and keep up the great work with the vids :)

You mention the subsets of flops that the Piosolver website recommends. Looking at the blog post they wrote it seems that you get significantly more accuracy as you increase the no. of flops you run, but in the video you have only used their 25 flop subset. Do you think 25 flops is the best amount because the data is easiest to understand and apply?

This video was awesome btw, really helpful.

-I enjoyed that and found it very useful thanks. :) think ill be ready for a cheeky hu battle with u soon ;-)

  • It may or may not work for a video but some peals of wisdom on some less conventional games such as badacy, baduci, razzdugi etc would be amazing. You never know, it might have a positive impact on the fields which include them at wsop. :)

-Keep up the good work my friend, see you round and look forward to meet u in vegas hopefully.

Morning, just woke from an amazing sleep. I have lots of trouble switching off normally. The night before last I started listening to this video and fell asleep after, I think 10-15 mins. (Un heard of for me ). Then, had the most amazing time at the pool where I went after 30mins of drinking fresh green tea which had just been brought back Taiwan and plenty of water. Then, I head to the pool for swimming /stretching / sitting and... meddling throughout, and it was a wonderful 70 mins or so. My focus was noticeably improved throughout the day and I had an amazing evening with my 4year old.

Then again last night I listened to this vid and fell asleep sometime quickly again during which time I heard about your ideas of overlapping the exercise with the meddling. Recollecting my morning success in doing just this made me proud.

Have a productive day everyone. My new productive is finding time to switch off and becoming aware of my thoughts. Sometimes they wonder but it like these guys say in the vid and is pretty obv, with time you'll become great at it .

Its important to understand that not all vid's will each individual find useful/ appropriate to what they need to be taught. The variety of teaching approaches and different paces each teacher uses appeals to many audiences.Thats what makes RIO so wonderful.

No probs. I thought u were literally just starting out. Anyhow looks as if this vid has the most likes out of any videos up loaded in last couple of weeks.

I have to beg to differ there "reStacks". I was just about to comment saying how I very much enjoyed this video. Thx :-) I would say that it was light and coming from an avid video watcher/ poker player such as myself I find that it is nice to have relaxing sessions playing poker/watching videos sometimes.

A couple of key concepts have been pointed out in this vid , for example the point you make about the constant capping of ranged is the hypers, and these will no doubt be gems of knowledge for certain individuals.

This wonderful site caters for all needs. May i suggest you check out:

-Tom Coldwells vids -Sam Langs pre flop theory vid,

and of course prob the best in the world at explaining poker concepts across all levels ,

-Phil Galfonds vids

When looking at Phil’s Vids be sure to stick to the essential ones at first as this will better suit the stage you are at. This Video By AlexKP is an elite vid. Hope this helps "rEstacks"

Once again thanks Alex and keep up the good work :-))

Tommy that goes to my number one favourite vid on here. What a perfectly constructed compilation of thoughts and ideas from yourself and you colleagues and such a fitting outro to help enable oneself to be, 'satisfied with the moment'.
