Bankroll ~300$ but i will stop taking agressive shots. I cant play my best when i know that that losing 5bi will take me down in stakes again, etc. So i will see play with ~50bi (i think move down at 40bi or so) and for shot taking i will play mtts in weekends. I will look in the forum to see what brm strategies other players use

Like you can see i did not bust my roll (i made some profit on plo on stars too, not in ev thou) so i am rolled to play 25nl, but i started at 5nl after focus on studying and i will go frome here and start building a bankroll from here. So starting bankroll after i start studying: 200$

Micro stakes approach:
So the plan here is to develop good basics and to learn a lot so when i will take shots at higher stakes i will know for sure that i can come back and rebuild bankroll at 25-50nl. so the goal at micros is to develop good fundamentals and to escape quickly from this stakes
Volume: i have a job so 20-30k hands/month will be sensational. but i really dont want to focus on volume as my goal at micros is to learn a lot and to escape them, not to make a living from it. so if i can study a lot, play v little volume, but feel that my game evolved, then i dont care i didnt put the volume in (i think i prefer study a lot and deposit another 100$ -10bi at 10nl- and not play 10-15k hands at 10nl if i was sure my game evolved from studing, but you cant do that because after you study you need to put in some volume too see the results and to see what other leaks you need to improve).
BRM: the lower the stake, lower bankroll needed. so my move up in stakes plan will be like this: at 5 and 10 nl i will take shots at 20bi and move back down at 15bi (ex: 200$ play 10nl and move back down at 150$). at 16 and 25nl i will use 25/20bi, at 50nl 30/25bi, at 100nl 40/35bi. after i will reach 100nl i will make new plan/goals (like getting a coach, new BRM standards, etc) as this is a stake that can become a source of income too and it should be taken seriously.
when i take shots i may sacrifice some bi to play some tournaments because they can really be a bankroll booster if you hit something big (example: bankroll 200$ i will play 5 mtt 2$ each and that will leave me only 40$ for 10nl shot. something like that)
i dont have poker friends no more after such a long time so i hope i can interact with fellow players here (first step: i will try to leave a comment on hands posted on the forum. at least 1/day or some number/week :)) ).
i will make other short term/long term goals and will post them here.

As variance in PLO is high and rake is high at micros i started to think "what if i study this GTO shit and start playing NLHE again?" :))
And now i kind of like it and i like the challenge to know GTO and be able to adjust to different opponents. i will play some plo for sure, but until mid stakes i will stick to NLHE.
Here are my results from this month after started to study and really started from zero with my strategy (things are so different now)

Hi and sorry for bad english (i will improve).
Although my english is bad, i am sure you guys will understand everything (maybe laugh a little until i learn to speak better :)) ).
About me: 34 years old, from romania. Played poker for a living few years and give up and now i started to play again (not for a living).
Background:
Played online poker for 3-4 years (around 2011-2014). Played nlhe cash with own bankroll and staked. Stakes up to 50nl and some shots at 100nl. I start working and give up poker because i was unable to move up in stakes and i was thinking that it can remain only a passion and that i need a job to have more money that i was winning in poker.
New approach:
I started to play again this year (a looong break) and i like it very much (with all new gto approach and everythig). My new approach will be: play because you like it and it is your passion, but dont give up your job for it (for now). my goal will be to have fun and have an aggresive bankroll management approach and treat poker like a job (or at least a source of income) only after 1/2$ stakes. Now i will tell you in detail what i played this year, how i played, when i started to study (red line on the graphic will show it), what my BRM plans are, what my poker goals are, etc.
So i started to play again this year and after getting scared about GTO i played PLO mainly (study a little bit, mainly emty videos from RIO). I played on Ipoker (plo and a little bit of NLHE) and the play plo on stars and get rekt by trying to put a lot of volume to win a 400$ reward. i started with ~100$ and run it up to ~1500$ and then get rekt like i said. did not bust entire bankroll but i was so frustrated :)).
Here are my PLO and NLHE stats from this year before studying (little study on PLO as i already said). Hope i will figure out how to add images to this post :D
