I'm a little doubt. I do similar calculations with similar ranges in Simple Postflop A73r board and it recommends to check ~40% of range and bet 1/3 - 56%. But PIO in video recommends to bet 1/3 75% range and check ~20%. What the core differences between them and these calculations?

Why we must fold in this spot? We have assumed that the opp have very strong range (22, 99, 88, 89s, some slowplays like AA).
Our outs (J, 6) is hidden, nobody with his raising range xbh Turn & fold River in these cards. With implied odds we must win in turn ~11%, oesd have ~16%, profitable flop call.
