I'm going to give up the challenge because I just don't have motivation to update this daily and I'm still really tired all the time because of the coffee withdrawal. I will probably come back with a better planned challenge or just update weekly or monthly here.

I had to take couple more days off because of reasons above. Felt extremely tired and took 3-5 naps every day so this quitting coffee thing is tougher than expected. Not that I have huge cravings mentally, only physically. Back on the grind though and no complaints about my run so far!

I've quit coffee couple of times already cold turkey and the last time was only about 2 months ago or so. Now I've been drinking coffee only for one month and really I really hope that I don't have to suffer much this time. Headaches usually lasts just a couple of days but I'm more concerned about tiredness, which usually lasts for at least a week if not two.
I really don't like being a slave to any stimulants so that the main reason I'm quitting.

Hi there, I'm doing this to push myself a bit since I've been lacking volume lately.
Playing mostly NL200 fast
Goals for my 1st challenge:
-Daily updates (1 day off/week)
I'm gonna do another challenge if I fail
I'm also quitting caffeine so this will be a blast
