Hey man, I really appreciate the time and effort you putted into the analysis of a random lowstakes stranger :).

You are so right that the turn here is the key point. I just thought the value he was betting in the flop went down with the T hitting the turn, but I didn't actually realize at the moment that it also means that concrete strong made hands like 2p+ would keep on betting strong or even overbet maybe?

The decision to raise was made mostly out of thinking I had fold eq against a pair. But what I don't is what hands are you bluffing here (like, correct GTOish hands)with and why, and what hands should just give up.

I know at these stakes it may be a loosing play, I'm trying to learn about these spots and the correct play, so thank you very much for your input.

Hand History | lush3d posted in NLHE: River shove bluff any good?
Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) UTG: $10.00
MP: $11.34 (Hero)
CO: $11.70
BN: $9.76
SB: $4.59
BB: $19.54
I had stacked him a few times in the past and he got kinda tilted. He's sort of a "reg"
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is MP with 6 7
Hero raises to $0.24, CO calls $0.24, 3 folds
Flop ($0.63) 4 9 6
Hero checks, CO bets $0.60, Hero calls $0.60
I check and he pots. I thought of this as a vulnerable value hand, like A9s or K9s, and maybe some backdoors as bluffs, so I called
Turn ($1.83) 4 9 6 T
Hero checks, CO bets $0.87, Hero raises to $2.80, CO calls $1.93
Then the T hits and I check, he bets a weird sort of 1/2 pot bet. I thought he bets now very thin, cause he no longer have TP. I think is probably a check for him in this spot and try get the 9 to showdown. So because of this I decided to raise. I can have KJ, J8s, 78s and even some slowplayed sets for value, while is not so easy to find bluffs. 87s got there. So I decided to go a bit more of 3x for a turn check raise, with 4 outs to an 8 if get called. But I tought I had some fold eq.
River ($7.43) 4 9 6 T Q
Hero bets $7.70 and is all in, CO calls $7.70
He called and the river is the Q, completing the straight for KJ and J8s. I shove and I get called. I don't know if the river shove is good. I'm kind of confused about the bluffing spot, if anyone can share some light on the subject I'd be grateful. thanks!
Final Pot MP lost and shows a pair of Sixes.
CO wins and shows two pair, Queens and Nines.
CO wins $21.83
Rake is $1.00
