I always run it once because I trust myself not to tilt, so I try to get people stuck to see if they will. Recently a Rio pro talked about another reason which I hadn’t considered. Basically when you run it once vs a rec both outcomes are good - either you win the hand or they now have more chips which should slightly increase your winrate at this particular table.

Reason number one has served me well through the years

Regarding the discussion at min 30 on 3bet size OOP, I find it interesting how often highly skilled no limit players disagree on this topic of whether to 3 bet bigger or smaller. What size would you choose with 300bb stacks?
