I'm a 50nl/100nl break even player for 80 000 hands. I beat 25nl pretty comfortably. Want to find more security through staking. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Yes, a simple example would be never limp the sb in a high rake enviornment but have it in your range where the rake is low

These mfers will cbet every single flop texture for 33%. It’s so frustrating because it looks so easy to exploit. Just call and check raise more but it’s so hard when you can’t make anything on the flop
. I really need help with this exploit because I cannot seem to get it right. I’m mostly talking about btn vs bb. I checked my tracker and single raise pots are in big negative while I crush 3bet and 4bet pots.
If anyone has experience with this please let me know, thanks!
He checked the river but it you’re for asking the frequency for if he jams, it’s probably almost always a call in theory but a fold as an exploit.
