Thank you Phil, I liked the thought process, and easier to digest the dry stuff in the solver as you put it in a different perspective, I picked some of the more fun spots and dissect them with the solver:

At 1:09
Preflop: 9655ss from co is a clear fold, if we don’t have an A next to the 55ss then the only hands opening are 6455ss, 5544ss, 5533ss, 5522ss.
Postflop: 100bb co vs btn on 982r were checking 87% (some AA with 2bdfd and pair blocker are cbetting and calling a 3b) from oop, ip bets 53% with ¾ pot facing a check. Surprisingly 9655 from oop folds 100% even with 2bdfd (9665 would be a cr bluff with 2bdfd and a fold with 1bdfd). Turn is a 9 and a fd is possible, oop has an 81% overall check here, and ip bets 56% with ¾ pot. As we should never have 9655 here we cant check it in solver but 9667 is calling this bet 100%.

At 3:36
Preflop: QQT5ss is a fold from co facing mp open, QQT8ss or better can call.
Postflop: Vision has similar T96 and T87 board, we can check both although the result are very similar.
T96ss co vs btn, where oop checks 88% overall and ip bets 52% with ½ pot facing a check. QQT5ss is checking 92% with the (pure) fd. If the turn is flushing 8 then oop checks 80% and ip bets only 13% with ¾ pot. QQT5ss is indeed checking 71% with the flush. On the 9 river oop only checks 13%, bets ¼ pot 62% (some straights, some flushes, some air with fb or straight blocker) and pots 25% (stronger hands like straight flush, quads, strong fh, nf). IP cback 38% (straight, overpairs, few air), pots 19% (air with fb and straight blocker, some flush, fh, quads, sf) and half pot 43%. QQT5ss with qhigh flush (5 is the other) pots 3% and bets half 97%.
T87ss co vs btn, where oop checks 87% overall and ip bets 47% with ½ pot facing a check. QQT5ss is checking 80% with the (pure) fd. If the turn is flushing 9 then oop checks 80% and ip bets 16% with ¾ pot. QQT5ss is indeed checking 91% with the flush. On the 9 river oop only checks 13%, bets ¼ pot 62% (some straights, some flushes, some air with fb or straight blocker) and pots 25% (stronger hands like straight flush, quads, strong fh, nf, some air with fb). IP cback 38% (straight, overpairs, few air), pots 19% (air with fb and straight blocker, some flush, fh, quads, sf) and half pot 43%. QQT5ss with qhigh flush (5 is the other) checks 16% and bets half 84%.

At 9:25
Preflop: KKJ9ss sb vs co is a 3b/fold
Postflop: sb vs btn 50bb 655ss flop, oop overall checks 5% , bets 1/3 77% and pots 18%. KKJ9ss with fd cbets 1/3 100% and gii. The theoretical AKJ7ss with bdfd is bet/folding 1/3 pot close to 100% (with fd+ bet/calls). AA bets 1/3 pot 76%, trips bet 1/3 pot 89%, QJT9 with fd is bet/folding, JT98 with fd is bet/folding but with fd and bdfd is bet/calling, and interestingly KQJT with pure fd is bet/folding 63% but bet/calling with fd and bdfd 100%.

CONGRATZ!!!

Phil opens pot from btn, Veni calls. 4cJd9d flop, Veni checks, Phil bets pot, Veni calls, turn 4d Phil bets half pot, Veni calls, river Ts Veni checks, Phil pots and Veni calls. Phil had QsTcTd8d
Vision has the similar JT4 board but suited to the 2 lower cards so if we want the lowest card to be paired on the turn we need to choose a non-flush turn and we can make the flush happen on the river (thanks to a new feature in Vision). So I chose the offsuit 4 for turn and flushing 9 for river, and Q998 for Phil.
On JT4ss solver bets 43% of the times with 70% sizing, Q998 with fd bets with 955 freq (Phil pots with middle pair but huge huge draw). OOP facing a 70% sized bet overall folds 45%, calls 44% and raises 11% with 66% sizing (if Veni had T4 that is calling 86% and raising only with nfd).
On the non-flushing 4 turn oop checks 95% and ip bets half 31% and pots 10% (Q998 is 100% cback here). Oop facing a half pot bet on the turn is calling 53% overall and raising 9% (T4 calling 95%).
On the flushing 9 river if oop has a ¼ and a pot sized leading range, oop leads 89% with ¼ sizing and checks 10% (T4 bets 88% with ¼ sizing, checks 11%). After facing a check ip cbacks overall 49%, bets half pot 33% and pots 18% (Q998 pots 80% and bets half 19%). Overall OOP calls 49% and folds 51%. A fh is folding here 0%, and on top Phil also had to bet all of his air as this was the all-out hand. GG

Bonus notgonnacheckinvisionhand: Phil folds nut flush on turn Yolo:))

Comment | rundabout commented on AKK8r UTG

from utg solver raise/folds all the AKKxr hands except x=K

April 12, 2020 | 8:50 a.m.

I checked in Vision, it has the T84ss similar board, we have a 75% overall half pot cbet in 3bp. If we put AAT7 (72% betting freq) with nfb, we supposed to bet half pot too, and if we get raised we fold nfb with no backup but we call with bndfd (interestingly it s not showing the borderline bdfd hand), and if we have fd+ we gii.

Thanks to RIO team now can look at some of the key hands again but this time through Vision`s eyes :-)

Phil Galfond challenge hand #1 from day 31 at 01:01
https://www.twitch.tv/runitoncepoker/video/577588772

I chose a similar board Q92ss. SRP HU oop should check 100% of the times, IP should bet overall 42% of the times with a 70% pot sized bet, the QTT6ss hand with fb should bet 84% of the times. OOP after facing a bet we have a 46% overall fold freq, and with A865ss low fd we have a 100% fold. If we had the A865ss with nfd we check 86% and 14% craise (fold to 3b) with 66% size, and IP only calls QTT6 with fd or better. If we had the A865sss with nfd we check 54% and 46 (!)% craise (fold to 3b) with 66% size, and IP only calls QTT6 with fd or better. So the hand should have ended there because of the low fd but we can continue with turn of 9. Once again we have a 100% check from oop on the turn. IP has a 48% cback on the 9d turn and now betting is split between half and full pot size. QTT6ss with fb is a 96% cback and 4% half pot bet (when the fb is the 6).

Phil Galfond challenge hand #2 from day 31 at 05:44
https://www.twitch.tv/runitoncepoker/video/577588772

As it is a srp , we are checking always on any board to the pfa. After check the pfa (ip) cbets 45% (70% of the pot) and cback 55% on 843r. KJ65ss with 1bdfd cback 54% and cbet 46% (70% pot), it would be a 89% bet with 2bdfd. After facing a cbet oop folds 44%, calls 39% and c/r 17% (66% sizing) overall. Phil`s hand 7662ss has a mixed solution: calling mostly with 2bdfd (sometimes c/r bluff), and only calling with 1bdfd if we have 2bdfb as well. If it goes check check on the flop and the turn is a Kc like here oop has a 61% check (7662ss mostly check), 22% lead (33% size) and 18% pot sized lead.
PFA cback on this turn 56%, delayed cbet 30% (half pot) and delayed pot 14% overall. KJ65ss with fd cback 6%, bet half 69% and pot 25%. 7662ss with fd (no fd no call) is calling 92% and cr 8% when facing half pot. 7662ss with fd (no fd no call) is calling 97% and folding 3% when facing full pot.

Phil Galfond challenge hand #3 from day 31 at 07:32
https://www.twitch.tv/runitoncepoker/video/577588772

Board was 764ss in a 3bp, Vision has 763ss or 754ss or 743ss, it might be worth to check them because of significant difference, because pfa checks 68% (betting would be 1/3 pot) on 763ss, but checks much more 82% on 754ss, and checking goes down to 68% on 743ss; so comparing 763ss and 754ss seems reasonable.
On 763ss KTT9ss is checking 69% (betting 1/3 pot with triple suited fd or bdfd with fb). After check check flop and Ts on the turn, KTT9ss is checking 40%, betting 1/3 47% and betting ¾ 13%. KTT9ss with fd and bdfb is betting 1/3.
On 754ss KTT9ss is checking 85% (betting 1/3 pot with only triple suited fd).
After check check flop and Ts on the turn, KTT9ss is checking 51%, betting 1/3 11% and betting ¾ 37%. KTT9ss with fd and bdfb is betting 3/4.

Phil Galfond challenge hand #4 from day 31 at 09:18:
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/577588772

Vision has the 862ss flop (raise pre and defend, srp). After oop 100% check, IP bets 43% (70% sizing), similar hand J952 bets 32% overall but with bottom pair, gs, fb and bdfd bets 52%. Overall oop is folding 45%, calling 41% and craising 13%. AT54 ( similar double gs) is craising the nfd and some nfb with bdfd, but the fb +bdnfd is a 100% call. On the 9c turn AT54s with bdfd is checking 100%, and pfa with J952 is checking 100%, just like in the stream.

Phil Galfond challenge hand #5 from day 31 at 11:48
https://www.twitch.tv/runitoncepoker/video/577588772

Vision has Q43ss flop, button raise srp. OOP checks 100%, IP bets 44% (70% sizing). OOP facing a bet is folding 46%, calling 42% and raising 12%. QT96sss is raising 51% (66% sizing) and folding to 3b, and calling all bdfd and fd with 2suits. When IP checks 56% on the flop and has the board pairing with a 3, oop checks 53% with QT96sss and leading 34% (1/3 size) and leading 13% pot. Interestingly oop calls a 3b to the 1/3 size but 4b and fold to 5b when pot lead is getting raised.

Phil Galfond challenge hand #6 from day 31 at 18:33
https://www.twitch.tv/runitoncepoker/video/577588772

Vision doesn’t have 765ss but we can compare to flop 876ss with K963ds and AK73. OOP checks 100%, btn bets on this straight board 35% (half pot), and AK73 with k fb and 7bdfb supposed to cback 52%. Facing a bet oop calls K963 bdfd+. On 5 non-flushing turn oop checks 100% again, and in case of facing half pot bet K963 calls 96%, if facing pot sized bet calling only 61% ( folding bdfd-). AK73 ip on turn is checking back 89%, only potting nfd.

Phil Galfond challenge hand #7 from day 31 at 19:59
https://www.twitch.tv/runitoncepoker/video/577588772

Vision has the similar A96ss flop. After oop checks 100% the PFA cbets 45% (70% size) in srp. AJJ8 folds with bdfb-, raises with nfb or nfd and calls the rest. On 6s pairing the turn oop check 98% and AJJ8 facing a half pot bet interestingly bluffraises (66% size) with the 2hearts but folds the 2 hearts with fb and calls the rest. Facing a pot sized bet AJJ8 calls 80%. If flop goes check check, on 6s turn AJJ8 leads pot with nfb (folds to 3b mostly), leads 1/3 pot with bdfd or with air and checks the rest. The pure bdfd leading turn will 4b (!) to a 3b and calls 5b (!!), folds to 3b with fb and calls 3b with nfb.

Galfond Challange hand#8 through Vision`s eyes at 1:51:26
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/585713021

ip qq54s, oop j973sss on 942ss SRP. Vision has 932ss so after oop`s 100% check ip betting 45% (70% sizing). With QQ43s ip bets with fd+ and bdfd with fb. After cback and Qd turn oop checks overall 62% , and 81% with J974sss. On Qd turn ip cback 52% overall delayed cbet 49% (22% half pot, 27% pot), and with QQ43 bets pot 73% (with pure fb 81%). J974 supposed to call the pot bet with fd+.

solver calls T765ss and some T764ss (cash game, 50bb), other T7xx worse than these are folded

hey, I ve sent the details in pm

sounds like a reasonable concept to split between high and low boards.
also I don`t know the current situation in Vision but last year it was all 1/2 in srp, and pretty mixed between 1/2 and 1/3 in 3bp, for me it made sense as it seemed to correlate with the stack size change affected by the blinds (blind vs blind was 1/2 for both, sb vs btn 1/3 oop and 1/2 ip and btn vs co 1/3 for both)

March 24, 2020 | 8:07 a.m.

at 9:07 solver defends 9765ss but folds 9764ss or 9754ss (4 is kind of a dangler here)
at 10:59 sb only 3b/calls KQxxds hands if connected (worst is KQT7ds)
at 21:52 bottom right JT75ds supposed to be a fold multiway whithout the splash, the better connected ones from JT76ds are rasie/calls
at 36:05 QJT8ss was a correct call form btn vs utg (all checked with microstakes rake)
Thank you Phil for the video! And congratz for the comeback in the challenge, it was amazing

if we look at the 100bb bu vs mp solutions, has all kinds of ds AQ combos; KKAQ, all the AKQx (except when x=6,7,8 those are 3b/folds) , then AKQQ, AJQQ, ATQQ,A5QQ,A4QQ,A3QQ, then AQJT, AQJ9,AQj8, AQJ5,AQj4 some AQJ3 and AQJ2 and AQJTss with high suit, but this is just the nuts, he has much more second nuts, sets, two pairs in his range than us, actually oop we should have quite a few of those also in our 4b range from MP but population has mostly only AA (with some Q in it certainly), so I expect a very high checking range here, close to full range (especially because it s a rainbow straight board)
