I'm just wondering why in this solution AdKd is a pure fold where as AhKh is mixed? Is it because AhKh blocks more AQs and KQs combos.

I've regularly come across the different terms in the title in watching videos and looking at hand histories about different spots whether they be on the flop, turn, or river but I don't understand what they are based upon. Is there a formula that can be used to figure out if an opponent for example is under-calling on the flop or over-raising on the river?
