Hi,
New here. Got the RIO app yesterday and synced two videos fine, downloaded them on my iPad and watched them on my commute. However, now when I try to get more they sync ok and appear but nothing happens when I hit download.
I have an active internet connection. I've tried syncing and unsyncing multiple videos, signing out, deleting the app, restarting the iPad etc to no avail.
Is this a known bug or any ideas?

Works perfectly cheers, would still be nice to have it work natively though.
