I had the same decision some weeks ago. I also play micros and decided to buy GTO+. Overall its way cheaper and more beginner friendly imo in comparison to PIO. So its perfect as an introduction to solvers. You can still invest in PIO later, when you are playing higher stakes.

I think it's hard to say because you'll need different ranges for different opening sizes. But if we assume that 2.5x is the average opensize on the limit they look quite solid. I play on the same limits and I have quite similar stats. Maybe I would defend a little bit more BBvsSB.
