Post | xpx posted in Chatter: run it once elite cancellation

Hi I m going away on vacation soon so I want to stop my elite subscription for a month. But when I click my account it says my next billing payment is may 6 10pm? it's not even April 6 10pm yet.

if anyone can help me it's much appreciated!
Thanks!

Also 19 min 30 sec mark on left table.. U have 710JQ ss in BB.. Utg limp co raises Btn calls.. I would always call there to a single raise since it's a pretty good hand to go multi way with. Maybe a leak since we are oop and sometimes dominated by better rundown?

Thanks!

In the 13 min mark.. Left table utg opens 3x.. Btn calls.. U folded in sb with A99J suited to A.
Why not call? Getting such good price and have a decent holdings.

yea you are right.
I think I am just being result-oriented as he had one of the hands that he might actually b/f on flop. He had AKK7.

Thanks for reply!

As played, does anyone like my turn raise?
Now looking back at it. I think a 15 dollars raise would work better so I can shove 30 on the river.
Or you rather flat call the turn?
Since all 68xx probably pot raise on the turn.

Any comments are appreciated!

First of all, thanks for your time!

If I actually did 3bet, he would have 4bet and I would have called. Spr would be around 1 on the flop. With a nut flush draw and some back doors, I would be priced in to call anyways.

I agree that with a hand like mine, I want to play a head up pot in position so 3bet is a good option to decrease the chances of sb and bb coming along.

However, sometimes I feel that I lose my positional advantage when the spr is too low on the flop.

The reason I chose to cbet flop is because i hated all my other options and it should put btn in a tough spot with bb still behind him.

I still feel he would just call with his flushes on river though.

Comment | xpx commented on PLO 100 AA 3b spot oop

Thx for inputs!

In game, I ended up check raising because I don't like all my other options.

Bet/call- we are doing very bad against his Gii range.

Check/call- we will be guessing a lot on later streets.

Check/fold and bet/fold seem so nitty.

If I was going to bet/Gii, why not check rasise and let him stab with his whole range?

Ben - Thanks for your time and advice!

I am really glad to hear that you agree with my flop call.

As played, would you consider calling turn since we were getting more than 3 to 1?

How about a small raise or shove on the turn?  It would be a very hard for him to continue without a strong hand.

March 25, 2014 | 7:22 a.m.

Tom - Really appreciate your time and input!

While I agree that his flop bet looks weak, I am not sure if he would have the same sizing with 2 pairs or set.

Yes, I was getting a really good price to call on the turn.  However, I was worried about not knowing what to do on many river cards.

Do I fold all bricks on river and only call when it comes 9, 10, J, Q or A?

Assuming villain does not have a boat on turn already (or does not boat up when we improve on river), we have 15 outs to improve on.

After reading your opinion on shoving turn, I feel like it is a very good play, as it put villain in a very tough spot if he does not have a boat or a 6.

How about a small raise on turn? Re-raising 11 to 26?  It should make my hand looks even stronger than a shove?

Even if he does call, it is very unlikely that he would bet the river after getting re-raised on the turn.

Thank you very much!
