Regarding hand histories & forum reading should i be reading high stakes hand histories to try and learn how better players think and act
or should i be reading threads about hands/strat played at the micros?

Or would it be best to post micro stakes hands at the micro forums (obviously) and treat the mid/high stakes forums as read only (wrt hand histories & strat threads)

just trying to figure out if anything i read that isnt from my limits would hurt my game (aside from the obvious player tenancies based strategy ie. what he think i think he thinks types of plays)

i guess this can apply to any form of poker but in my case it's for my PLO game.
