Hey guys,

It's been a while since I've posted on RIO. I have been busy with school work lately.

After having successfully finished my thesis writing and dissertation, I became a doctor of philosophy (Ph. D.) today! I've been in school for many years, and don't have much of a plan to stay in academia for any longer, so this gives me some mixed feelings. Bittersweet and relieving, I should say =)

I am kinda burnt out from a lot of writing and talk preparation, so I'll take a week or two off from now on. After that, I will -- finally -- start playing poker full-time.

I hope 2016 is going well for all of you!
