a while ago I closed my account while I was at university so I could concentrate on my work, I had an email of Pokerstars saying that I can't reopen this account, they also stated I can't create a new account either, is this correct or is there a way to reopen my old account,

im not too sure on how Pokerstars works just the way they informed me was I'm pretty much never allowed on Pokerstars again ?
