Laurens "Lautie" Houtman got his start in poker nearly a decade ago when his brother introduced him to $.05/$.10 NLH. After three years of NLH he tried PLO and it took less than a week for him to realize that this game was much better suited for his playing style. Since he made the transition, Lautie estimates that he's played less than 1,000 hands of NLH as his sole focus is PLO.

As a player, Laurens rarely relies on software to assist him and his videos will reflect this logic based approach. He feels most comfortable playing very deep and routinely buys in for the max at his normal stakes of 3/6 up to 25/50.
